Claude AI training for teams with real work to do

On-site and online training that takes a company from “we’ve heard of AI” to people using Claude on Monday morning — on their own documents, their own reports and their own inbox. Built for directors, managers and the people who do the work.

Your trainer

Someone who runs an agency on this, not someone reading slides

I’m Mohsin Ali, Founder & CEO of Ademoh. We’re a digital agency in Lahore delivering websites, design, social media and SEO for clients across Pakistan, the UAE and Saudi Arabia — and Claude is part of how that work actually gets done every day.

That’s the difference in this training. Every workflow I teach is one my own team uses on live client work: briefs, proposals, reports, content calendars, ad copy, meeting notes, SOPs, data cleanup. Nothing theoretical, nothing borrowed from a generic AI course.

Sessions run in Urdu and English, mixed to suit the room. Directors get the decision layer — where AI saves money, where it creates risk, what to approve. Teams get the hands-on layer — open Claude, bring your real file, leave with it done.

Who it’s for

Three rooms, three different sessions

A director and a coordinator do not need the same training. Running one generic session for everyone is the most common reason company AI rollouts quietly die after a week.

Directors & GM

Where AI genuinely reduces cost and turnaround, where it introduces legal or reputational risk, and how to judge a proposal from a vendor. Ends with a decision list, not homework.

Managers & team leads

Reviewing AI-assisted work, setting quality standards, drafting the internal usage policy, and spotting the tasks in their department worth automating first.

Executives & coordinators

The hands-on track. Reports, emails, proposals, data entry, translation, research and content — done live, on the company’s own files, during the session.

Curriculum

Nine modules, assembled to fit your company

Nobody gets all nine in one sitting. After the discovery call we pick the modules that match your departments and drop the rest — a manufacturing firm and a school need very different halves of this list.

01

What Claude is, and where it fits

A plain explanation of what the tool does well, what it gets wrong, and how it differs from a search engine. Sets realistic expectations before anyone touches a keyboard.

02

Prompting that produces usable output

Context, role, constraints, examples and format. Why most first attempts return something generic, and the small changes that fix it.

03

Working with your own documents

Uploading contracts, reports, PDFs and spreadsheets; asking questions of them; extracting summaries, action points and tables your team can actually use.

04

Writing and daily communication

Emails, client replies, proposals, notices and internal memos — kept in the company’s tone rather than sounding machine-written.

05

Data, sheets and reporting

Cleaning messy data, building formulas, summarising monthly numbers and turning a raw export into a report a director will read.

06

Reusable setups for repeat work

Projects, saved instructions and prompt templates so a task done well once becomes a task anyone in the team can repeat correctly.

07

Claude for managers

Meeting notes into action items, comparing vendor quotes, drafting SOPs and JDs, and reviewing work your team produced with AI assistance.

08

Confidentiality, accuracy and policy

What must never be pasted into an AI tool, how to verify output before it leaves the building, and a written usage policy your company can adopt.

09

Your company playbook

The closing session. We document the workflows your team built during training into one shared reference so the learning survives the week.

Formats

Three ways to run it

Pick the depth that matches how far you want this to go. Most companies start with the executive briefing and expand once the leadership team has seen it work.

Need something built around your operation?

Most companies want a mix — a briefing for the board plus one workshop for the departments that will actually use it daily. Tell us your headcount and departments and we’ll price it as one programme.

How it runs

From first call to a team that actually uses it

Training that ends when the projector switches off does nothing. The weeks either side of the session are what makes it stick.

01

Discovery

A short call with you and one manager. We list the tasks that eat the most hours and pick the modules that address them.

02

Preparation

You send sample documents under NDA. We rebuild every exercise around your real reports, templates and data.

03

Training day

Live session at your office or online. People work on their own laptops and finish real tasks during the class.

04

Handover & support

Playbook, prompt library and usage policy delivered. Questions answered over WhatsApp and email for the support period.

What you get

Deliverables, not just a day out of the office

Every format hands over written material the company keeps, so a staff member who joins next quarter can be brought up to speed without booking another session.

Company playbook

A written document covering the workflows your team built during training, step by step, in the order they do them.

Prompt library

Ready-to-use prompts for your recurring tasks — monthly reports, client replies, proposals, job descriptions, meeting notes.

AI usage policy

A draft policy covering client confidentiality, data handling and required human review, ready for management to sign off.

Attendance certificates

Individual certificates for every attendee, issued by Ademoh, for personnel files and HR records.

Recording on request

Sessions can be recorded and handed over so staff who missed the day, or who join later, can catch up internally.

Follow-up support

A direct line for the support period. When someone gets stuck on a real task in week three, they get an answer rather than giving up.

Questions we get

Before you take this to the board

Our staff aren’t technical

Good. Nothing in this training requires coding or technical background. If someone can use email and Excel, they can follow the whole programme.

Is our company data safe?

We cover exactly this in module 8 — what may be shared, what must not, and how to configure accounts. Sample files you send us are handled under NDA.

Do we need paid licences?

The free tier is enough to learn on. We advise on which departments genuinely need paid seats before you commit budget, so you don’t over-buy.

Can you train our overseas offices?

Yes. Sessions run online for teams in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and elsewhere, scheduled around the local working day.

What about other AI tools?

The curriculum is built around Claude, but the prompting and review skills transfer. We’ll flag where a different tool suits a specific task better.

How soon can you start?

Usually within two weeks of the discovery call — the gap is preparation time for building exercises around your documents.
